1. Is Shipping Really Free?
Yes. Every product sold by The Autism Shop includes free shipping wherever you are in Australia.

No. We ship to addresses with Australian postcodes only.
3. How long does delivery take?
Products take 3-33 business days to arrive. All of our products get tracked, and customers can see when their product is expected by logging into their customer account on our webpage.

5. Why are you called The Autism Shop?
The name is catchy!
We know the products may be universally helpful to all families, schools and therapy providers, but as neurodivergent individuals we wanted to select products that have a focus on support needs and interests common amongst our neuro-kin.
