1. Is Shipping Really Free?
Yes. Every product sold by The Autism Shop includes free shipping wherever you are in Australia.
2. Do you ship overseas?
No. We ship to addresses with Australian postcodes only.
3. How long does delivery take?
Products take 3-33 business days to arrive. All of our products get tracked, and customers can see when their product is expected by logging into their customer account on our webpage.
4. Are you an Australian business?
Yes, we are a Perth-based family business and really appreciate your support.
5. Why are you called The Autism Shop?
The name is catchy!
We know the products may be universally helpful to all families, schools and therapy providers, but as neurodivergent individuals we wanted to select products that have a focus on support needs and interests common amongst our neuro-kin.
6. Do you do refunds and returns?
Yes.

8. Why don't you have a phone number?
We are an inclusive employer and some of our staff are unable to provide customer support through verbal conversation due to their disabilities. Emails are checked regularly.
