Shipping policy

The Autism Shop provides unlimited and unrestricted free shipping to our Australian customers, regardless of the size or value of the order.

All products are dispatched with couriers who will update customers via email or text with tracking numbers. This requires customers to have submitted their email address and phone number correctly, and to check their spam / junk folders for our emails. 

We want customers to receive their items as soon as possible, and so if some items are already in stock we will ship immediately and send multiple packages to the customer, rather than wait and send all items together. We currently achieve our goal of 90% of items being received by customers within 3-14 business days. Products that have missed this target are most frequently those that contain LED components that are shipped from overseas because additional checks are often carried out at customs, which is beyond our control.

We use Australian suppliers where possible, and ship from an Australian warehouse. Around half our products will be shipped to customers from a warehouse in China.
