Safety Precautions: On-site adult supervision is required. Place the equipment not less than 1.8 m from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires. Do not install home playground equipment over hard surface to avoide serious injury to the equipment user.

Yes. Every product sold by The Autism Shop includes free shipping wherever you are in Australia. 

2. Do you ship overseas?

No. We ship to addresses with Australian postcodes only.

3. How long does delivery take?

Products take 3-33 business days to arrive. All of our products get tracked, and customers can see when their product is expected by logging into their customer account on our webpage.

Yes, we are a Perth-based family business and really appreciate your support. 

5. Why are you called The Autism Shop? 

The name is catchy!

We know the products may be universally helpful to all families, schools and therapy providers, but as neurodivergent individuals we wanted to select products that have a focus on support needs and interests common amongst our neuro-kin.
