Thank you for your review. We are sorry your items were delayed. Although it was due to issues with the courier beyond our control we did process a partial refund to you by way of apology. You mentioned in previous email correspondence that you could not read our emails due to blurriness, and we hope this has resolved for you too. Needs special toothpaste.

I really like this product. The thing is I haven’t been able to use it properly yet because it requires special’foaming’ toothpaste. If I can get my act together (difficult for me) I will ask The Autism Shop to be sure to include this in the product information. I will also suggest that they stock or sell with the product an Autism friendly compatible toothpaste as from my research it’s not that easy to come by.

We have since stocked a variety of foaming toothpastes but they do take a while to arrive as our supplier for them is overseas.

Hopefully our customer care emailed you at the time with suggesting you purchase a 2in1 toothpaste/mouthwash product found in Supermarkets. You can use normal toothpaste too, it just then requires your fingers to assist with rinsing when you have finished using the product.
