Hi Eire, please note we ask that customers leave one review per item. We have also hidden one of the images in this review for your safety as it showed your ID bracelet. You reached out to us yesterday, sending 8 emails in approximately 90 minutes. Initially, you asked for a refund after stating it was faulty and didn't charge. We requested a video so we could assist, or verify the fault and process your refund. You said you didn't want to send a video. After some other emails, you did send a video, which showed the toothbrush and charging stand were functioning well. You indicate in this review that there is no issue with the toothbrush turning on. Additional emails changed the nature of the complaint and were passionately worded. You mentioned that you were going to ask your Support Worker to get in contact and that if we were not going to refund you immediately that you would lodge a formal complaint with the NDIS commission. We are fully committed to liaising with any stakeholder you wish, and as per our email, we would happily refund the NDIS if the product is faulty. We would reimburse reasonable costs of returned products, pending confirmation of fault. Your subsequent claims of the product being dirty and having hairs can not be verified and were communicated to us once we had provided some other information about our returns policy and standard processes to protect the security of our customers. We have contacted you by email three times and are happy to offer more support via speaking with your Support Worker, Support Coordinator, NDIS representative or LAC.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry your items were delayed. Although it was due to issues with the courier beyond our control we did process a partial refund to you by way of apology. You mentioned in previous email correspondence that you could not read our emails due to blurriness, and we hope this has resolved for you too. We contacted you via SMS in case a different device might help, and we have done so again today as delivery was attempted and your item is awaiting collection at your local post office. We have since stocked a variety of foaming toothpastes but they do take a while to arrive as our supplier for them is overseas.

Hopefully our customer care emailed you at the time with suggesting you purchase a 2in1 toothpaste/mouthwash product found in Supermarkets. You can use normal toothpaste too, it just then requires your fingers to assist with rinsing when you have finished using the product.
